Focus

The main issue with the Will Smith starring Focus is the general lack of focus needed whilst watching.

Sure, the odd leave-your-brain-at-the-door Blockbuster is great but you do expect a bit more depth and intricacy in a film focusing on con-men.

This is bright and breezy and there is the odd twist and turn but I expected a lot more.

Will Smith is always brilliantly watchable and Margot Robbie continues her ascension to the summit of the A-list and there are some great scenes here (the sequence at the Superbowl, whilst very long, leaves you on the edge of your seat) but this just skims along rather too quickly.

Don't believe the hype.
