The Albums Of 2016 (So Far)

Another great six months for music so I thought I'd follow in the footsteps of a few publications and post a 'best of the year so far' so here we go:

10. Gallant - Ology 9. Sturgill Simpson - A Sailor's Guide To Earth 8. Arthur Beatrice - Keeping The Peace 7. Kanye West - The Life Of Pablo 6. Radiohead - A Moon Shaped Pool 5. Twin Peaks - Down In Heaven 4. The Kills - Ash And Ice 3. Iggy Pop - Post Pop Depression 2. Car Seat Headrest - Teens Of Denial 1. The Last Shadow Puppets - Everything You've Come To Expect

There's been some awesome stuff as well from LUH, Flume, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Wild Nothing, Coves and Kygo and I've been gorging on the awesome music released by the artists we've showcased at Printers Playhouse (shout out to Youth and Kicks of the East to name just two.)

Off the top of my head we have releases from Spring King, Biffy Clyro, Black Honey, The Shins, Isaac Gracie, Wild Beasts, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Metronomy, Shura, The Little Unsaid, Nick Cave and Rationale to come so this could change a fair amount by year's end!
